Swindle was a bi-monthly arts and culture publication founded in 2004 by artist Shepard Fairey. Every issue they gave a spread to a comic artist, with complete freedom to do whatever they wanted. When they asked me to do something for that, I took the occasion to reinterpret one of Boccaccio’s Decameron tales.
